With a solid connection and understanding, counseling can make a positive impact on your life’s trajectory. We will work consciously to make sessions a safe haven away from the world around you. Working together, we can strategize ways to face challenges, ease overwhelming feelings, and help you create real, positive change.

Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), an approach that emphasizes working with the past and present by rerouting unhealthy patterns and a strength-based, person-centered approach, I offer guidance and patience to help set manageable goals and be well-equipped to live your best life.

Working at Houston Neuroscience Brain Center for the last 6 years, I have witnessed the positive benefits of connecting mindfulness and broadening awareness to life’s challenges.

When not working with clients, I love coaching field hockey and lacrosse at a local high school, playing with my dog, Haddie, and tapping into my creative side working on art projects and attending concerts with friends.
