Embark on the journey of transformation. If you are ready to explore the depths of healing and empowerment, I invite you to connect. Together, we can navigate the intricate landscape of your personal narrative, unlocking the doors to profound well-being. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in collaboration and client-centered care. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, I tailor my interventions to align with the specific needs and aspirations of my clients. EMDR serves as a cornerstone in my practice, providing a dynamic and evidence-based framework for navigating the intricate pathways of trauma resolution, anxiety management, and personal empowerment.

I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker under the clinical supervision of Emma Taylor, LCSW-S. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Social Work from Baylor University. I am trained in the art and science of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My hobbies include hiking, photography, and reading.
